About us
T-AI-L was founded by Jürgen Grabbert in Hamburg. He analyses with purpose and is quick to see the bigger picture. For years he has advised companies on software licensing strategies – from the local mid-sized firm to the global corporation, in contracts ranging from one to a hundred million euros. What AI really costs is a question he knows from both sides of the table: from the invoice and from the use.
His focus is on field-tested strategies that take effect immediately, for everyday work (AI@Workplace) just as much as for company leadership (AI@Strategy). In six intensive months he conceived T-AI-L, developed it and brought it to market.
No seminar room, no marathon of slides and no internal one-size-fits-all mandatory training that is heard in the morning and forgotten by the evening: T-AI-L relies on innovative learning methods directly at the workplace and on new tools that take lasting effect in a short space of time. The shortcut to the-ai-license and to genuine AI literacy, instead of running in a hamster wheel of YouTube, social media and hype newsletters.

Why the training works
“Write and improve five prompts of your own for a real task” is the exercise for the first learning unit, not the last. Anyone going through the training works the whole time on what is already on their desk.
No video, no slides, no self-study PDF: every learning unit has a tutor in the chat who asks questions and keeps working on your own task. You can try three of them without signing up.
Every learning unit comes with a handout as a PDF, plus a compendium of all practice sheets per category. Those files still belong to your people long after portal access has expired.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not know who was here – and we do not want to know.
You buy by invoice, for 3, 6 or 12 months. Access ends automatically when the term is over. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that quietly renews.
