That's not the problem. The problem is what comes out – unchecked, inconsistent and impossible to budget for. T-AI-L trains your people on real tasks with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini: safer, more productive, and with a sense of what AI use actually consumes. From day one, from €69/employee fixed for 3 months, with no automatic renewal.

Not wrong enough to notice. And once it is forwarded, nobody reads the original again.
Others sell hours in a seminar room. We bring AI literacy to the workplace, for less than the price of a lunch.
Just differently in every department. Which is why there is no one-size-fits-all training here, but a module of its own per function, industry and profession.
Not listed? The fundamentals apply to everyone – and you practise on your own tasks anyway, not on examples from someone else's industry.
Rising token usage makes AI costs hard to plan. Budgets get exceeded, forecasts lose reliability – and in the end AI features get restricted across the board instead of addressing the cause.
T-AI-L starts with how people use AI. In the module Token Awareness – 9 learning units, automatically included in every package – employees learn how model choice, prompt length, context windows and repeated requests drive consumption. With cost mechanics per model class, a token calculator and eight concrete behavioural levers.
The training makes visible what drives consumption – a basis for decisions rather than blanket limits. Saving tokens and being productive remain two separate goals, and that is exactly how they are taught.
If you also want to measure and control consumption: our partner offering llm-cost.com makes token costs visible. Talk to us – we only recommend it when it fits your situation.
Tap and follow along: first the coaching dialogue with the tutor, then a real prompt with a real AI response. No script, no actors – real learning units from the portal.
Not a catalogue of learning objectives, but what actually arrives in the working day. Behind each point is the module where it is practised.
A tool gets rolled out, everyone gets an email – and then? Without an announcement, ongoing updates, and a visible close, even the best training fizzles out. That's why every company with us automatically gets the Employee Communication Kit included – free, regardless of the package booked.
See what's in the kit →Every module can be inspected down to the individual learning unit – real titles, real content, no black box. Three tiered packages from €69.00 to €129.00 per user (3 months, better value per month at 6/12 months, not a subscription). Profession & Social Media (7 modules) is available on its own from €69.00, or for €49.00 added to any package – volume discount applies automatically as user numbers grow.
You don’t learn to drive from the passenger seat. That is why everyone here practises on the tasks of their own working day — and grows with them.
Article 4 of the EU AI Act: providers and deployers of AI systems “shall take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy of their staff and other persons dealing with the operation and use of AI systems on their behalf”. Enforcement of the AI Act rules by the European Commission and national authorities started on 2 August 2026.
T-AI-L supports companies with that training and documents successful participation: every package automatically includes the AI literacy record module, aligned with Article 4, with a documented record of participation per participant — at no extra cost.
As tax advisors we are bound by professional secrecy. What may go into an AI tool and what may not is not a matter of taste here – the training gave everyone in the firm the same answer. And the Art. 4 record of participation coming with it saved me a separate project.
I did not want a prompt collection that is out of date in three months. My aim was for everyone to reach the same standard – each on their own task in the company. What is learned here is how to work with the models, not recipes by heart.
In my job, half of what I work on must never go into a public tool in the first place. Here I learned exactly where that line runs – and how to get faster with the other half anyway. And: a number that looks good is not yet a number you can rely on. Systematic checking is what helped me most – it costs me less time today than searching used to.
I work every day with partner information that is under NDA – and with a team across several time zones where everyone used AI differently. The training turned that into one shared line: everyone now knows where the limit is, and the summaries and partner emails go noticeably faster.
We are not an office business – I was sceptical whether this would land with us. In the end everyone on the team had a task of their own where it paid off: product texts, supplier emails, the review after a promotion week.
I wanted to know up front what using AI costs in a project – and was surprised that this is a module of its own. Since then I can put a number on what a workflow consumes per month, instead of guessing.
I have no training in this area and, honestly, I was wary of it. After a few units I was writing the product texts and the posts for our store page myself – before that I waited for head office to send something.
We work in several languages and almost always under time pressure. I don't need the perfect wording, I need one within ten minutes that the partner at the other end of the chain understands correctly. That is exactly what we practised on – our own correspondence, not example sentences.
What employees learn at work should be open to the next generation too. That is why the Youngster track for grades 3 to 10 is permanently free and ad-free – funded by our business offering, not by families.
